With 25+ years of operational support experience, Jules (Juliette) Gushevska delivers a wealth of operational skills to the Franc & Co team. Most recently, Jules provided senior operational support for a management company servicing a large portfolio for one of Canada’s leading Real Estate Investment Firms. In her role here, Jules will build and solidify strategic relationships with C-level executives and clients to create unified relationships and goal attainment for all parties. Positioned as a central-hub for Franc & Co in executing strategic management mandates, Jules brings efficiencies to processes, procedures and operational effectiveness to streamline communications and foster collaboration for all stakeholders.

With 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Michelle has worked in banking, private equity and brokerage in both BC and Ontario. She draws from her background to provide a tailored approach for each client that assesses their portfolio requirements beyond project specific transactions. Her experience varies from smaller acquisitions to large construction syndications of up to $500,000,000. She works in all commercial asset classes, with a specialization in the B.C. market, where she was born and raised.

Mario brings 12 years of successful private equity and development finance experience to the Franc & Co. team. Having managed and financed low to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across southern Ontario, Mario has represented billions of dollars in loan fundings and hundreds of millions of equity dollars raised. This experience provides for a holistic understanding of a project’s unique needs, from the perspectives of both a borrower and investor. It also facilitates an ability to provide efficient and effective capital structuring, sourcing, and funding processes across multiple asset classes and through all stages of their capitalization needs.

A seasoned sales leader and credit manager, Brian’s 25 years in the finance industry span many lending categories, including residential and commercial mortgages, alternative lending, equipment finance, default management and regulatory/investor relations. Brian opened his own Mortgage Brokerage in 2012, and spent 10 years helping clients make intelligent decisions with their real estate investments. Prior to that, Brian worked as an executive at Canada’s largest independent finance company. Brian’s approach is to offer choice, convenience and competitive rates in every situation.

A seasoned executive, fluent in Cantonese, Peter has over 15 years of commercial debt experience. His specialization is residential apartment term lending but has completed land, construction and even residential mortgages over his tenure as a mortgage agent. Peter is a relationship manager focused on delivering consistent, personalized and superior service to his diversified client base, which he has used to distinguish himself throughout his professional career of over 40 years. His relationship-style approach has also been able to open doors to new lenders that may not be as well known to the traditional marketplace.
